Every Berry Kawaii piece is handmade with love, one at a time, so all sales are final. I don't accept returns or exchanges on ready-to-ship items or custom orders.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or I sent the wrong item, I'm so sorry! Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and I'll make it right.

Sold-Out Designs

Love a piece from the Berry Archive? I'm happy to remake sold-out designs as a custom order. Since every piece is handmade, the exact charms may not be available, so your piece may look a little different, but it'll be just as berry special.
